Overview
Prior Experience
Josephine started with Faegre Drinker as a summer associate, where she performed legal research, drafted motions and memoranda, and reviewed discovery on various matters involving agribusiness, food products, intellectual property and toxic torts. Prior to her work as a summer associate, Josephine was a legal services and provider contracting intern with BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont. As a student clinician in law school, Josephine assisted small businesses with food labeling matters and analyzed farmer assistance programs to advance state legislation. Before law school, Josephine worked in food science, bioinformatics and sustainability at some of the top companies and federal agencies.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Josie enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, reading historical fiction and exploring New England.
