Corporate Restructuring
Kaitlin counsels clients in complex restructuring matters and advises clients in preparing Chapter 11 matters for filing and negotiating restructuring transactions, including distressed asset sales/purchases, debtor-in-possession financing and exit financing. She also works on out-of-court restructuring and related finance matters.
Kaitlin works with clients in a variety of industries, including health care, technology, and consumer products and retail.
Prior Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Kaitlin focused her practice on corporate finance and restructuring. She represented borrowers, lenders and private equity firms in various financing transactions, including international and domestic acquisitions, restructurings, distressed refinancings, and indirect lending.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys collecting original print Agatha Christie books, working towards her pilot’s license, and finding the best breakfast tacos.
