Overview
Kaylee Racs assists clients in all stages of litigation and dispute resolution.
Prior Experience
Kaylee was a summer associate of the firm, when she researched a series of discrete statutory, evidentiary and other issues in support of various motions in commercial litigation, employment and product liability cases. Kaylee also previously interned with the in-house team of a large nationwide grocery store, where she participated in lease negotiations, edited amendments for private label vendor and partner contracts, and analyzed litigation trends in stores nationwide. She also interned with the Sex Crimes Bureau of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
Prior to law school, Kaylee worked as a paralegal for two small law firms in San Francisco. She supported the attorneys by drafting complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, coordinating document productions, conducting client intakes, and assisting with trial and hearing preparation, as well as managing the administrative affairs of the firms. In 2018, Kaylee was the sole paralegal on a three-person trial team for a three-and-a-half-week trial in which a favorable verdict was recovered for the client.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Kaylee enjoys trivia, thrifting, yoga and trying all of the new Trader Joe’s dessert items.
