Overview
Jason Rauch advocates for businesses and business owners in their internal disputes through alternative dispute resolution, at trial and on appeal. A former police officer, Jason can be a tough, no-nonsense litigator, but he also understands how to defuse volatile situations and negotiate between parties to find successful resolutions. Jason litigates in state and federal court in cases concerning shareholder and corporate governance matters, fiduciary duty and securities disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. When options are few and trial is likely, clients turn to Jason because he is at home in the courtroom. His trial experience, skills and track record can expand options and influence settlements in the most difficult of circumstances.
