Overview

Tyler Romero offers clients guidance on compliance with a variety of federal, state, and local corporate laws and regulations. Additionally, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has accredited Tyler as an attorney responsible and qualified to help claimants with their VA benefits claims.

Prior Experience

Tyler previously served as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker where he worked with a number of practice groups and reviewed various client documents, including Securities and Exchange Commission filings, for accuracy. 

During law school, Tyler served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for the Hon. Joseph F. Leeson, Jr.

Military Service

Tyler was a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2015 to 2020, where he served as an aircraft mechanic at Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. During his service, he directed and supervised the maintenance efforts for hundreds of marines and sailors, drafted and implemented command-wide regulations, and strategized new repairs with contracted engineers. His efforts resulted in saving the Marine Corps over $560,000 in a four-month period and will further save the Marine Corps money in the future. 

Personal Interests

Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and children, being outside, and he is a huge consumer of anything Star Wars.
