Overview
Jenna Seiler provides counsel on product regulatory compliance and is focused on defending companies in complex product liability and mass tort litigation. She conducts comprehensive legal research and analyzes material documents to develop the factual record.
Jenna also drafts motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, motions in limine, protective orders, and responses to subpoenas and discovery requests. She regularly drafts outlines for depositions and crafts clear, concise questions that align with the client’s legal strategy.
Prior Experience
Jenna first joined Faegre Drinker as a summer associate, previously holding a summer associate position with another firm. In these roles, Jenna conducted legal research, prepared memorandums, and drafted various motions for product liability, commercial litigation and white collar matters. During law school, Jenna was involved in Law Review, the Women’s Leadership Coalition and Moot Court. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Communication and Legal Reasoning course. During undergrad, Jenna spent time as a legislative intern in the Wisconsin State Assembly.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Jenna enjoys exploring the Chicago lakefront, watching college football and spending time in her hometown, Door County, Wisconsin.
