Overview
Antoinette Snodgrass advises and represents clients in contract matters and actions related to environmental issues, including environmental litigation and remediation. Antoinette contributes to sophisticated litigation matters from early investigation stages through discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal. Antoinette handles complicated discovery matters, overseeing large-scale discovery in an efficient and precise manner. She has experience litigating breach of contract cases representing both defendants and plaintiffs for breaches of various agreements. Antoinette’s experience with contract matters is not just limited to litigation, as she also advises her clients on specific contract drafting and interpretation, with an eye toward avoiding future litigation.
Environmental Litigation & Compliance
Clients rely on Antionette’s skilled representation in environmental matters. She litigates environmental disputes that concern local, state, and federal environmental laws, and she has deep experience in many aspects of the environmental litigation field. She has defended clients facing mass tort allegations, historical use contamination allegations and successor liability issues. Additionally, Antoinette counsels clients on best practices for complying with environmental laws and regulations.
Antoinette is a contributor to the firm's Enforcement Highlights blog, which provides reports, discussions and analyses on noteworthy trends in enforcement and regulatory activity of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other agencies, such as the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
Prior Experience
While in law school, Antoinette served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection; a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; and a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas P. Rogers, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
