Amanda Stoody has nearly 20 years’ experience as a paralegal for private clients and their attorneys. With outstanding capabilities for details, analysis and organization, Amanda comprehensively supports client teams.
Her experience includes Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey probate filings; estate and trust administration and accounting; federal estate tax preparation; Pennsylvania and New Jersey inheritance tax preparation; estate and trust federal and state fiduciary income tax preparation; foundation administration and grant making; and Orphans’ Court account preparation for foundations, trusts and estates. Amanda also drafts estate planning documents including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, living wills, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and asset management trusts.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Amanda enjoys painting and fine crafts, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering with local animal shelters.
