Overview
As a former consultant at a big four accounting firm, Crystal Thorpe brings exceptional organizational, managerial and analytical skills to the lifecycle of a transaction She collaborates with clients to plan and execute on a broad spectrum of real estate-related transactions. She is often called on to oversee the acquisition and disposition of single real properties and multistate real estate portfolios for large corporate entities, assist tenants in devising and executing business-minded lease arrangements in a number of sectors, represent both lenders and borrowers, nonprofit and for-profit developers, and investors in the financing of projects, and provide counsel to debtors in bankruptcy proceedings with real estate assets.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Crystal worked as a director at a big four accounting firm, advising multinational corporations on international and domestic on tax matters — from planning to compliance to audit prevention and representation.
