Ted Wolff provides experienced guidance for clients navigating environmental issues in both disputes and transactional matters. Ted’s environmental litigation experience includes representing clients in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative actions. He advises clients on enforcement, creditor and debtor’s rights in bankruptcy, cost recovery, Superfund and permitting-related matters.

Clients also seek Ted’s guidance regarding compliance with federal, state and local environmental laws and policies, including those regulating the handling, transport, storage, treatment and disposal of hazardous substances and hazardous waste; asbestos handling, management and abatement; pesticide regulation; clean water and air matters; and employee and community disclosure.
