The Vail Valley Foundation is a nonprofit organization that hosts and organizes international skiing, snowboarding and cycling competitions in the Vail Valley, including the annual Birds of Prey FIS World Cup ski race series and the Colorado Stage Race, an international cycling race featuring teams from the Tour de France. The Foundation also organizes world-class mountain bike races in the Vail Valley.
Our firm provides various legal services for the Foundation, including drafting and reviewing athlete and volunteer documentation, sponsorship and licensing contracts, broadcast rights contracts, and event rights and use contracts and agreements. Our firm also assisted in the preparation of materials for Vail's successful pursuit of rights to host the World Alpine Ski Championships.
