A motion by Sears Home Appliance Showroom to amend a pleading to add an additional ground for removal of the case to federal court was granted and the court found that a co-defendant employee was not a citizen of Texas for purposes of removal and granted a motion to transfer venue to Illinois. Our firm represented Sears.
