FICO Acquires InfoCentricity, Inc.

FICO acquired InfoCentricity, Inc., a private software-as-a-service (SaaS) predictive data analytics company, via merger. Our firm advised FICO on the deal, which makes the credit scoring service the broadest platform for predictive analytics modeling, both in the Cloud and on-premise.
