United Stationers Supply Co. completed its acquisition by merger of 100% of the equity of CPO Commerce, Inc., an e-commerce retailer of tools and equipment. The consideration included $30 million of cash, with a $10 million earn-out potential tied to revenue over three years. Our firm represented United Stationers Supply Co. in the transaction.
