World Fuel Services closed on its purchase of 100% of the equity securities of Pester Marketing Co. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Alta Fuels LLC and Alta Transportation LLC. Our firm advised World Fuels Services on the transaction, which closed in October 2015.
Denver-based Pester operates 57 convenience stores and two terminals, and distributes biofuels and lubricants to wholesale, commercial and agricultural customers.
