Houlihan's, J. Gilberts Wood-Fired Steaks, Bristol Seafood Grill, Chequers Seafood and Steak, and Devon's Seafood Grill and Bar were all included in the sale. Located across the U.S., the resaturants represent a combination of franchisees and company-owned operations.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
