Property Owners Receives Condemnation Award Far Exceeding Town Offer for Recreational Trail

A couple in Silverthorne, Colorado defended against a condemnation brought by the Town to acquire a multi-use recreational trail through their backyard along the Blue River. The Town claimed that the owners were entitled to less than $10,000 in just compensation for the taking.
