Freightex Acquired by UPS

Freightex, a U.K.-based asset-light provider of truckload, less-than-truckload, specialized and refrigerated over-the-road services, was purchased by global logistics company UPS. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Our firm advised Freightex on its sale.
