Thompson Thrift Development redeveloped a 26-home neighborhood into The Yard at Fishers District, a project that includes 250 apartments, 100,000 square feet of retail space (including up to 12 restaurants), a hotel and 3,000 square feet of space to be used for a city-controlled culinary incubator. The City of Fishers created a tax increment financing (TIF) district around the property as part of a $15M+ incentive package with Thompson Thrift.
