Zimmer Biomet Secures Summary Judgement Victory in a Patent Infringement Action, Affirmed by Federal Circuit

Zimmer Biomet was facing a patent infringement action brought by Stryker regarding their Continuum hip implants. Following a favorable claim construction ruling, Faegre Drinker secured summary judgement of non-infringement for Zimmer Biomet in the District of New Jersey. Both rulings were subsequently affirmed by the Federal Circuit.
