Settlement for Internet Retailer in Breach of Contract Suit

A judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed numerous breach of contract counterclaims filed by the former vendor of an internet retailer. While the judge failed to grant the retailer's quick win request on over $9 million in revenue and one contract counterclaim by the vendor, the judge granted summary judgment on six counterclaims in favor of the retailer.
