Manufacturers Favorably Settle WARN Class Action

Three manufacturing entities defended against allegations that they failed to provide advance notice of plant closures in Indiana and Pennsylvania in violation of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. Our firm represented the manufacturers in the class action lawsuit, and after advancing several defenses to the claims, assisted the clients in settling the matter for a nuisance value.
