Our firm served as underwriter’s counsel in the California Pollution Control Financing Authority’s issuance of $183 million of Water Furnishing Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019. These governmental bonds refinanced prior bonds issued to construct the pipeline connecting the Claude “Bud” Lewis Carlsbad Water Desalination Plant, operated by Poseidon Resources, to the San Diego County Water Authority’s water distribution system.
