Intex Recreation Corporation Wins With PTAB, Affirmed by Federal Circuit

Intex Recreation Corporation, an above-ground pool manufacturer, was facing patent litigation filed by Bestway in the Central District of California. Faegre Drinker filed an inter partes review with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and after the PTAB invalidated all claims of the asserted patents, the Federal Circuit affirmed the judgement.
