A&R Logistics Acquires Blue Water Plastic Transport LLC

A&R Logistics closed a deal to acquire Blue Water Plastic Transport LLC, a specialty bulk transportation and logistics services company operating in the plastics industry. Our firm represented A&R in the acquisition, which will broaden the company’s Midwestern presence and expand its transportation capabilities. A portfolio company held by the private equity firm Wind Point Partners, A&R provides various services to the plastics and chemical industries. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
