BLUEFIN, LLC, a Colorado-based facility management solutions provider, received a strategic investment from EMEX Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners and leading provider of solutions to help organizations lower energy rates. Our firm represented BLUEFIN in the acquisition.
Founded in 2005, BLUEFIN brings an innovative portfolio approach to asset management to its clients, with a focus on roof, building envelope and pavement consultant serving clients with large facility footprints. The transaction closed in August 2019. Financial terms were not disclosed.
