Cameron’s Coffee is an importer, roaster, packager and seller of coffee and tea, both under its own brand and under brands of several national retailers. Grupo Nutresa is the leading processed food company in Columbia and one of the most important food players in Latin America, with products present in over 70 countries. Our firm represented Cameron’s Coffee, along with Goldner Hawn and the Trailhead Fund, in the international sale.
Our firm also represented Goldner Hawn in its 2014 acquisition of Cameron’s Coffee, and we have represented Cameron’s Coffee over the years since in a series of transactions and day-to-day matters spanning the company’s entire operations.
