The Iowa Democratic Party engaged Faegre Drinker to conduct an extensive review and prepare a detailed, comprehensive report identifying and determining the causes of problems experienced during the state’s February 3, 2020 caucuses. Among the challenges was the inability to report results of the closely-followed primary contest on caucus night, with an inoperable reporting app contributing to the delay.
The report was unveiled at a press conference on December 12, 2020.
