Private equity firm Goldner Hawn and manufacturer Trystar LLC completed a leveraged acquisition of Load Banks Direct LLC, a manufacturer and supplier of multiple types of electrical equipment. Faegre Drinker represented Goldner Hawn and Trystar in the transaction.
