North Sky Capital Invests in Renewable Natural Gas Project in California

North Sky Capital invested in a renewable natural gas project at the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority (VVWRA) in San Bernardino County, California. Faegre Drinker represented North Sky Capital in the transaction. The project was located in an opportunity zone and was carried out under a public-private partnership involving VVWRA and Anaergia Services. Anaergia's digestion technology will be utilized to increase capacity and convert organic waste into pipeline quality renewable natural gas.
