Boston Scientific Corporation expanded its additional investment in and exclusive option to acquire Farapulse, Inc., a privately held company developing a pulsed field ablation system for the treatment of atrial fibrillation and other cardiac arrhythmias. Faegre Drinker represented Boston Scientific in the transaction. The financial terms were not disclosed.
