H.B. Fuller Company completed the acquisition of Apollo and Fourny, two industrial manufacturing companies in Europe. Faegre Drinker represented H.B. Fuller in both transactions.
Minnesota-based H.B. Fuller is a leading global adhesives provider focusing on perfecting adhesives, sealants, and other specialty chemical products. The company announced in late January 2022 that it had acquired Apollo, the United Kingdom's largest independent manufacturer of liquid adhesives, coatings and primers for the roofing, industrial and construction markets. This announcement came a few weeks after the purchase of Belgian adhesive manufacturer Fourny. The total purchase price for the two acquisitions was $211 million.
