Wavelynx Technologies, a provider of interoperable and secure access control solutions, received an equity investment from Triton Partners, an EU-based private equity firm. The transaction will continue to accelerate Wavelynx’s growth trajectory and success to-date. A Faegre Drinker team led by Matt Stamski provided legal counsel to Wavelynx.
