The retail supply-chain solutions provider SPS Commerce has acquired Carbon6 Technologies, a provider of software tools to Amazon sellers, for $210 million, of which approximately 40% was SPS Commerce stock. Faegre Drinker guided SPS Commerce through the acquisition that is expected to build on the company’s revenue recovery portfolio, increasing support for Amazon sellers as a result of Carbon6’s products ChargeGuard, a solution that helps first-party sellers manage invoice deductions by automating the dispute process, and Seller Investigators, a solution that helps third-party sellers recover lost revenue occurring from fulfillment errors.
