The American Telemedicine Association (ATA) is the premier trade association representing the telehealth industry. Faegre Drinker provides public policy and federal government and regulatory affairs consulting services to the ATA, including meeting with members of Congress, working on legislation, keeping the diverse membership of the ATA informed and engaged on key issues and hiring a new policy director for the association.
In January 2022, ATA successfully launched a 501c6 organization to expand its lobbying and advocacy capacity, which Faegre Drinker continues to support.
