Drinker Biddle Appoints Three New Counsel

Drinker Biddle & Reath is delighted to announce that the Partnership has appointed three new Counsel effective February 1, 2015. They are: Jillian L. Bosmann (PH – Investment Management Group), Larry J. Del Rossi (FP – Labor & Employment Group), Susan J. Stauss (PH – Life Insurance & Annuities Group).
Jillian L. Bosmann is Counsel in the firm's Investment Management Group and resides in our Philadelphia office. Jillian’s practice primarily involves counseling organizations in the investment management industry, including investment companies and investment advisers. Jillian earned her bachelor's degree from Carleton College in 2001. She received her J.D. in 2006 from Cornell Law School.
Larry J. Del Rossi is Counsel in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group and resides in our Florham Park office. (FP – Labor & Employment Group). He works on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, with a focus on employment litigation in state and federal courts. Larry joined Drinker Biddle following a one-year clerkship with the Hon. James R. Zazzali of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and one-year clerkship with the Hon. Robert B. Kugler of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. Larry received his B.A. from Rowan University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ. Larry and his wife are avid gardeners, and they and their children frequent many of the Garden State’s beautiful Arboretums.
Susan J. Stauss is Counsel in the firm's Life Insurance & Annuities Group and resides in our Philadelphia office. Susan litigates and counsels clients on issues such as life insurance coverage disputes involving fraud, misrepresentations, overseas fraudulent deaths, unfair trade practices, civil RICO, bad faith, and regulatory and sales practice protocols. She also regularly represents major insurance and annuity companies in cases involving the attempted transfer of structured settlement payment rights. Susan received her B.S. from Drexel University in 1994 and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
