Overview
Lawrence Del Rossi is a trusted adviser to business leaders, human resource professionals, and internal legal and compliance professionals on their most challenging labor and employment problems. He takes a proactive and strategic approach to helping clients avoid or resolve litigation by evaluating risks and promoting best practices for employment law compliance and dispute resolution. During litigation, Larry has obtained numerous dismissals at the trial level and has defended victories at the appellate level. He often represents clients in the staffing, medical, pharmaceutical, health care and biotech industries.
Employment Litigation
With the perspective of a former law clerk in the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the federal district court in New Jersey, Larry defends employers in class and collective actions, whistleblower cases, and in noncompete, trade secret and other restrictive covenant disputes. Larry’s clerkships sharpened his legal research and writing skills, which have served him well in obtaining numerous dismissals at the trial level and in defending these victories at the appellate levels.
