Griffin Foster Joins Faegre Baker Daniels' Corporate Group

Griffin Foster has joined the Indianapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels. He will practice with the law firm’s corporate group.

Foster advises on corporate governance, formation and reorganization matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public offerings and other transactions. He also counsels public companies regarding ongoing disclosure and periodic reporting requirements.

Foster received his law degree from the George Washington University Law School in 2015. He is a 2007 graduate of Wheaton College.
