Jane Dall Wilson Named the Recipient of ISBA's 2018 Civility Award

INDIANAPOLIS (Aug. 1, 2018) — Jane Dall Wilson, Faegre Baker Daniels partner, has been named the winner of the Indiana State Bar Association’s (ISBA) 2018 Civility Award.
The award recognizes outstanding civility and professionalism in dealings with judges, attorneys, parties, witnesses and the public.
The ISBA’s chair of the litigation section said Wilson’s extensive career accomplishments especially stood out amongst the award nominees.
Wilson represents clients in complex litigation, including all manners of contract disputes, class actions, tort claims, insurance liquidation proceedings and employment matters. In addition to conflict resolution and trial work, she is regularly involved with briefing and argument on appeal.
In recognizing Wilson, the ISBA took note of the fact that she strives to be the most even-keeled person in the courtroom, while at the same time, remaining an assertive advocate for clients. Her demeanor and art of persuasion have consistently proven effective in achieving favorable client results.
Wilson will be presented with the Civility Award at a luncheon on Thursday, Aug. 30, at the Marriott Hotel in downtown Indianapolis.
