Gina Kastel Named a ‘Top 100 Person to Know in 2021’ by Twin Cities Business

Gina Kastel, Faegre Drinker executive partner and board member, has been recognized in Twin Cities Business magazine’s “TCB100” as one of the top 100 people to know in and around business in Minnesota in 2021.

Kastel served as Faegre Baker Daniels’ vice chair and chief operating partner as well as a member of the firm’s management board and executive committee, and was recognized by Twin Cities Business for her role in helping guide the firm through its Feb. 1, 2020 combination with Drinker Biddle & Reath.

Named a TCB100 “innovator,” Kastel currently leads the combined firm’s lawyer and consultant integration and is committed to ensuring Faegre Drinker is one firm bringing its full capabilities to clients. She sees the changing legal profession as an opportunity to unleash the creative energy of colleagues and drive innovative solutions for the firm and its clients.

She previously led the firm’s health care group, and in her legal practice, Kastel helps health care and nonprofit organizations navigate regulatory complexity and manage legal risk.
