Overview
Gina Kastel is chair of Faegre Drinker, a global law firm of more than 1,200 lawyers and consultants with one shared focus: the client. Gina oversees the firm’s strategic direction and growth and is committed to bringing excellence and a spirit of true partnership to Faegre Drinker’s clients, colleagues and communities. She believes that strong relationships built through collaboration and cross-service drive high impact results for clients and the firm.
Gina has served in multiple firm leadership roles, including as a member of the firm’s board and executive team since 2015 and as Faegre Baker Daniels’ chief operating partner. Gina helped guide Faegre Baker Daniels through its combination with Drinker Biddle & Reath. She previously led the firm’s health care group. In her legal practice, Gina helps health care and nonprofit organizations navigate regulatory complexity and manage legal risk. She takes a pragmatic, business-focused approach to client counseling and advising.
