Tracey Salmon-Smith Appointed to National Arbitration and Mediation Committee by FINRA

Business litigation partner Tracey Salmon-Smith has been appointed by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to the National Arbitration and Mediation Committee (NAMC) beginning June 1, 2022. Comprised of 13 members, Salmon-Smith will serve as one of six individuals from the industry bar representing broker-dealers on the NAMC.

The NAMC recommends rules, regulations, procedures and amendments to the FINRA Board relating to arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution matters. Salmon-Smith, a trusted adviser and pragmatic problem solver, assists clients with commercial and business disputes, employment litigation, securities law and internal investigations.
