Killer Contract Clauses

The Indiana Subcontractors Association's Education Committee will launch its first "members-only" webcast on Tuesday, September 18, from noon to 1:00 p.m. Carl R. Pebworth and Brian P. Clifford, both of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, will present "Killer Contract Clauses!" — eight contract provisions that can kill your margins on a project.

In the series, the committee plans to utilize affiliate members' expertise to assist with different aspects of running a business. At first, the webcasts will occur on an approximately quarterly basis, then more frequently.

Each webcast will be provided through the affiliate members' webcast system. Some of the webcasts will have a live location combined with the webcast, and others will be webcast only. They are free for members.
