Important Issues in Today's Commercial Lending Transactions

Breia Schleuss and Jen Miernicki, both of Faegre Baker Daniels, will speak during “Important Issues in Today’s Commercial Lending Transactions,” a one-day Minnesota CLE Conference in Minneapolis.

Schleuss will address “Implications of the Food Safety Modernization Act for Lenders.” She will discuss the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), which impacts almost every sector of the food and feed supply chain, both domestically and internationally for foreign suppliers.

Miernick will present on “Financing In-Transit Inventory.” Her talk will help participants better understand the transit chain and obtain practical documentation tips related to lending against goods in transit internationally and nationally.
