Jennifer represents commercial lenders and borrowers in syndicated, club, and single-bank transactions and leverages extensive market knowledge to the advantage of her corporate and tribal clients.
Commercial Transactions
Jennifer counsels commercial banks, financial institutions and non-traditional lenders in syndicated transactions, real estate and asset-based financings, and complex senior and mezzanine debt financings.
Although she primarily represents lenders, Jennifer also works with public and private companies to structure and negotiate credit facilities and other credit accommodations. She also helps corporate clients leverage balance sheet cash and available financing options to take advantage of M&A opportunities.
Indian Tribal Finance
Jennifer counsels lenders, tribes and tribal entities nationwide in Indian tribal finance. She analyzes tribal laws and federal regulatory frameworks, guiding clients through the quagmire of unique considerations that arise when doing business with tribal sovereign nations.
ESOP Transaction Finance
Jennifer frequently navigates the unique issues arising in finance transactions involving employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and ESOP-owned companies, advising lenders, companies and sellers in various industries.

Jennifer firmly believes that all lawyers have an obligation to advance the rule of law and promote equality in all respects on an international, national and local level.
