Jennifer Miernicki Profiled in Secured Finance Network’s ‘Women in Secured Finance’ Issue

In Secured Finance Network’s “Women in Secured Finance” issue, finance and restructuring partner Jennifer Miernicki was profiled for her excellence and how she’s distinguished herself within the secured finance industry. This issue profiles 65 inspiring women who represent many sectors of SFNet’s member organizations that devote their time and energy to community and charitable endeavors despite demanding careers.

Miernicki was noted for being practical, efficient and business-oriented, the qualities that define the services she brings to her clients and colleagues. In offering advice to other women starting out in the industry, Miernicki said, “Hard work today is a gift to your future self. Being a diligent, responsible, and proactive team member from the start provide you with tremendous grace if ever needed, as your team members, clients and customers will already know you by your high standards.”

She went on to share advice helping women feel more comfortable speaking up in the workplace. One major tip she noted is to “build cohorts who know you, your goals and your achievements, share your accomplishments with them, and highlight their accomplishments in turn.”
