Employer Vs. Independent Contractor Status in Campaigns

Los Angeles partner Pascal Benyamini co-presented at the 25th Annual Retreat for the California Political Attorneys Association (CPAA) on September 15, 2018. Pascal’s presentation focused on independent contractor classifications post the California Supreme Court’s decision in Dynamex. Attendees learned the new ABC test promulgated by the Court in Dynamex and best practices.
