BioNJ Inspiring Women in STEM Conference

Faegre Drinker Partner Lynne Anderson shared her extensive labor and employment insight at the Inspiring Women in STEM Conference, hosted by the New Jersey partner of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BioNJ). Lynne joined Rutgers Business School Professor Dr. Terri Kurtzberg in a panel discussion titled “Pay Equity and the Art of Negotiation.” With women earning, on average, 20% less than their male counterparts, the United States still has ample opportunity for growth in pay equity. Lynne and Dr. Kurtzberg shared their perspectives on negotiation strategies and other tactics for attendees to ensure their voices are heard on this critical front.
