Ethical Considerations and Current Developments in Diversity & Inclusion

Faegre Drinker Partner Sandy Grannum will serve as a panelist during the upcoming Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) C&L Virtual Forum. Her session, “Ethical Considerations and Current Developments in Diversity and Inclusion,” will explore topics including:

• Why is D&I progress so slow?
• Ethical considerations for collecting and using data to advance D&I
• Paths for advancement and senior leadership
• Joint development of diverse talent pools and outside counsel engagement

Each session of the Virtual Forum is expected to offer CLE, and this particular panel offers Ethics and D&I credit. Panel sessions will be available to view on demand (and remain CLE eligible) until August 20, 2021.
