Lynne Anderson and Scott Chinn participated in a plenary session focused on strategies general counsel can take to provide advice in the face of legal uncertainty. Using the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard as an example, Lynne and Scott discussed the importance of providing assessment of legal risk while also considering the impact that advice will have on a company’s culture and brand.
